Description

Site work for a transportation facility in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The scope of this project includes installation of an Automated Weather Observing System AWOS-III P/T at Quonset State Airport (OQU). The project includes asphalt pavement removal, construction of an earthen berm (fill), concrete pier foundations with equipment pedestals and racks, power and communications cables in conduit, AWOS weather sensing equipment installation and commissioning, remote displays, system communication links, 30-foot high wind sensor tower and site restoration with landscape stone and grass.
