Renovation of an educational facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Number #: 2023-006, 2023.019 Full renovation of rooms 135 and 137. Room 135 to be split into 2 offices. Corridor wall and flooring upgrades by alternate. Door replacement by alternate. Remove steam heat in area of work and provide HVAC and lighting upgrades. Terrazzo refinish or replacement by Alternate. All contractors bidding as the prime bidder on this project must be pre-qualified with Office of Facilities and Property Management to bid this project.
