contract, in accordance with FAR Subpart 14.5, Two-Step Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary for Burial Expansion at:
Fort Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434, by providing General Construction in accordance
with the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, Specifications and related attachments. LINE ITEMS: ***See SOW attachment.*** Step One will be a technical proposal and shall not include pricing information. See bid instructions in Section L of this solicitation for minimum list of required documents. The total performance period for this project is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Per VAAR 836.204(f), Project Magnitude: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Authority, 38 USC 8127(d). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, Small Business Size Standard $45.0 Million. A Site Visit will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024.
