Reroof Pre K Classroom Building Each Bid That Exceeds $100,000 Shall Be Accompanied With a Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check Payable to the Order of Owner, or Other Security Approved by Owner, in an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid. This Security is Given as a Guarantee That the Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded, Will Enter Into a Contract With the Owner for the Project Bid. All Bids or Quotes Shall Furnish an Insurance Certificate and Required Affidavits as Listed on the Bid Form Within Ten (10) Working Days After Notice of Award (Unless a Longer Time is Given by the Owner in Writing), and in the Event of Failure to Do So Will Cancel the Contract Agreement and Forfeit the Bid Bond or Certified Check. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid/quote for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After Opening Date. No Bid/quote Will Be Considered Unless It is Submitted Upon the Bid Form Proposal Prepared by the Owner.
