The purpose of the Contract is to deliver small to medium-sized asset management projects at the West Point Treatment Plant. All work is location based at the Plant. The work will be multi-disciplinary, including electrical and instrumentation/controls work. The work will take place within an operating wastewater treatment facility. Contract Specialist: Megan Saunders, megsaunders@kingcounty.gov, 206-263-6813 Alternate Contract Specialist: Melissa Jordan, mejordan@kingcounty.gov, 206-263-4005 Not-to-Exceed Contract Price: $4,000,000 Work site: The primary work location is at the West Point Treatment Plant - 1400 Discovery Park Blvd, Seattle, WA 98199 and/or projects located within King County West of Lake Washington, from South Seattle to Edmonds, primarily for the Wastewater Treatment Division. The work performed under this Contract shall not exceed $4,000,000 and the initial Contract Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. The County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or that the dollar amount of the Work Orders issued will total $4,000,000 during the duration of this Contract. At the County's sole discretion, this Contract may be extended for one additional year or until the Not to Exceed Contract Price is reached, whichever occurs first. The County shall review all Work Orders issued under this Contract with an estimated value equal to or greater than $150,000 to establish a specific required or aspirational level of participation by Certified Firms, Apprentices and or Priority Workers. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price.
