County: Polk- Division 14 Contract : 54-MKB-14-12081247 WBS: 14RE.107538 Location: Rest Area/welcome Center (Single) on I-26 Westbound Lane Three (3) Miles North of the Nc/sc Stateline Polk County Rest Area/Welcome Center (single) on I-26, Westbound Lane, Three (3) Miles North of the NC/SC Stateline The North Carolina Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as Department) is seeking the services of a janitorial maintenance company to provide custodial operations and maintenance of rest area consisting of but not limited to an efficient janitorial service including labor, supervision, equipment and supplies as specified herein. The intent of these specifications and requirements is to state and define the terms and conditions under which the Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, and manpower capable of performing work at the highest standards of janitorial excellence necessary to provide these services in a professional and workmanlike manner. This document is intended as a benchmark of the Departments minimum standards for rest area janitorial maintenance. The date of availability for this contract is October 1, 2023 The completion date for this contract is September 30, 2024 NC DOT - Custodial Operations and Maintenance of Rest Area
