The work may consist of, but is not necessarily limited to, one or more of the following: site clearing; excavation; fill; select fill and backfill; site utilities; concrete sidewalks; curbs; gutters and paving; rough and finish grading; top soil and seeding; landscaping and irrigation; fencing; concrete piers; concrete slab-on-grade; load bearing site-cast concrete panel exterior and interior walls; structural steel beams; columns and roof purlins; metal roof panels; metal stairways; guardrails and handrails; miscellaneous metal fabrications; rough and finish carpentry; millwork and casework; wood doors; metal doors and frames; aluminum doors and frames; overhead sectional doors; glass and glazing; damp proofing and waterproofing; caulking and sealants; thermal insulation; flashing and sheet glazing; carpets; resilient flooring and base; metal studs and support systems; gypsum drywall and acoustical lay-in ceilings; painting; interior and exterior signage; metal louvers and miscellaneous specialties; fire protection; and mechanical; plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems and other requirements set out in the Contract Documents.
