The construction of four rain gardens and associated infrastructure at the intersection of Fifth Street and Eighth Avenue. The scope of work includes the following: removal of existing sidewalks, bulk excavation for the rain gardens, addition of two pedestrian crossing poles, replacement of existing catch basins, installation of the rain gardens and associated piping, construction of new curb and gutters, planting, and asphalt restoration of the disturbed areas of the site.
