Renovation of a municipal facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Base Bid The Contractor shall maintain personnel capable to perform the following work on this project. The bidder must be a licensed Electrical Contractor by both the City of Oklahoma City and the State of Oklahoma. Only properly trained, qualified and licensed persons employed directly by the Contractor shall perform all electrical services accomplished under this contract. a. Install terminations on insulated medium voltage conductors. b. Unplanned electrical outage investigation: troubleshoot the medium voltage electrical system Bidders on this Project must be pre-qualified with The City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. See OCAT 00620 and OCAT 00690 for specific qualifications requirements. Q & A deadline: Aug 18, 2023 6:00:00 PM EDT The OKLAHOMA CITY AIRPORT TRUST reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. The work to be performed under this CONTRACT shall be commenced on the first day after a written Notice to Proceed is issued from the TRUST, by and through the Director of Airports, and shall obtain Final Acceptance by the TRUST within Four hundred twenty (420) calendar days (Time of Completion). The estimated completion date is December 1, 2024, but the actual completion date will be based on the number of calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
