Site work for a mixed-use development in Englewood, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the construction and repairs including all necessary labor, services, equipment, materials, building permits, maintenance of traffic adherence to engineered drawings and construction notes as provided for the following Remove a section of the existing sidewalk and fishing pier railing adjacent to the Anger Fishing Pier. Construct concrete sidewalls and backfill. Construct a section of the existing sidewalk and replace the fishing pier railing adjacent. Also included is the performance of all labor, work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents that may be necessary for the complete and proper execution of the work, which in good faith shall be performed and furnished by the Contractor as specified or shown, at no increase cost to the County. It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and all other appurtenances required to successfully complete the required pier revetment, shoring, undermining, and sidewalk repairs located at Anger Fishing Pier, 1385 Beach Road, Englewood, Florida 34424.
