Construction of a 525 student capacity elementary school. Cloverley Elementary School will be a new school located on a 29,663 m2 sloping site located between Cloverley Street on the North side, Shavington Street on the South side, Kennard Avenue on the East side, and Hendry Avenue on the West side. The new school will be located on the East side of the property. The existing school, currently occupying the West side of the property will be demolished / deconstructed and the site shall be restored and landscaped to meet North Vancouver School District and The City of North Vancouver's objectives. The new school will be comprised of a total area of 4,120 m2, plus an allowance for The Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) that will be part of the overall building design. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway from qualified Landscaping Architects to provide landscaping services for the project. The successful Service Provider shall prepare landscaping master plan, inclusive of all necessary drawings and specifications for soft and hard landscaping, well-coordinated with the design team, NVSD and the City of North Vancouver.
