Renovation of a medical facility in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a Mechanical Contractor for the VCH LGH Repiping Acute Tower project. This is a mechanical maintenance project to remove and replace the existing Domestic Water lines for the 3E ward of the Acute Tower at Lions Gate Hospital (LGH). The lines also feed parts of the wards at Level 2 and Level 4, however, work can be completed from Level 3 in ward 3E. The construction is expected to start on early September and to be completed in the summer and fall of 2023. The anticipated ready-for-take-over date is November 3, 2023.
