The City of North Vancouver is requesting responses to this Invitation to Quote for the replacement of existing greens lighting and poles, as well as reconfiguration of irrigation controls at the North Vancouver Lawnbowling Club, located at 249 24th Street East, in North Vancouver. The lighting and poles replacement and irrigation controls should be completed by September 29th, 2023, in time for fall club tournaments. There should be minimal disruption to the lawn bowling activities and work will be coordinated with the City of North Vancouver and NVLB Club executive. The existing lights and poles shall be salvaged for reuse (either by the contractor and/or turned over to the City) and left in place until new lights fixtures and poles are physically on site and a work plan is approved.
