Kilar Assistant Director of Procurement Services Email: askilar@uncg.edu Phone: (336) 334-4463 The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date") on or about September 1st, 2023 Any contract resulting from award of this solicitation will be a convenience contract and the University makes no guarantee as to any minimum level of spend under the contract. Any convenience contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a base period of one (1) year, with two (2) additional one-year options as the latter are exercised for a total of three (3) years. Vendor shall provide and deliver all HVAC Supplies stock requirements for the UNCG Facilities Operations Utilities Division, as defined and listed hereunder, under a requirements-type indefinite-quantity contract.
