Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Statesville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of September 28, 2023, the project was awarded to Magnolia Construction LLC, with an awarded amount of $611,644.61. Grading, paving, curb & gutter, landscaping, and site lighting as indicated and required to create a new 70 space parking lot. All questions must be emailed to Jim Harris, the project architect at jim.harris@j3h.us and responses will be communicated to all registered bidders by Addendum This project must be completed within 90 days from the Notice to Proceed or Liquidated Damages of $1,000 per calendar day will be assessed against the Contractor for any days beyond that period. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. All questions must be emailed to Jim Harris, the project architect at jim.harris@j3h.us and responses will be communicated to all registered bidders by Addendum.
