Site work and renovation of a civil project in Monroe Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
**As of October 20, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded sometime in October.** The work, in general, consists of the construction and installation of a pump station and approximately 3,100 linear feet of 4-inch diameter forcemain to collect and convey wastewater from the Whispering Wind Mobile Home Park to the City of Winfield's sanitary sewer collection system. The forcemain shall discharge to an existing manhole at the intersection of Pine Street and 2nd Street within the City of Winfield. Est. Completion Date: July 7, 2024 The Work of this Contract comprises the Winfield Regionalization Connection for Whispering Wind Mobile Home Park. The Work, in general, consists of the following improvements: 1. Construction and installation of pump station and forcemain 2. Connection to existing manhole within the City of Winfield Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
