Glassford Hill Road: Long Look Drive to State Route 89A. The Glassford Hill Road Safety and Capacity Improvement project, within the Central Yavapai Metropolitan Planning Organization (CYMPO), is part of the statewide transportation capital project package. Glassford Hill Road is strategically positioned as a main arterial road providing connectivity between two state routes (SR69 and SR89A) in Prescott Valley, with limited traffic flow and pedestrian/bicycle accessibility. The project generally consists of construction improvements to add a northbound and southbound third lane roadway segment with curb & gutter, sidewalk, drainage improvements and bike lanes on Glassford Hill Road between Long Look Drive and State Route 89A in the Town of Prescott Valley. Design has been completed for the section between Long Look Drive and Tuscany Way that will include the installation of a southbound third lane including curb & gutter, sidewalk, drainage improvements and a 16-inch effluent mainline. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
