As of November 10, 2023, the project has been completed, however, an exact timeline of construction has not been confirmed. Project consists of milling and repaving approximately 2,500 square yards of roadway, including subbase repair and preparation, 25mm base course, and 9.5mm wearing course. The project also includes replacement of pavement markings and installation of 2,000 lineal feet of asphalt curbing. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Cumru in the amount equal to ten percent (10 %) of the total amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The Township of Cumru hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
