Questions Due Date: Feb 11th 2026, 4:00 PM EST All questions must be submitted to the Engineer via Online. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of Bid opening, will not be considered. The work consists of the replacement of approximately 1,940 feet of sanitary sewer, 730 feet of storm sewer, associated manholes and inlets, milling and paving, and associated construction. Bids will only be received online via the PennBid program. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at www.PennBid.net. A mandatory attendance Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled at the Township of Building, 1775 Welsh Rd, Mohnton, PA 19540. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Cumru in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The Township of Cumru reserves the right to refuse any or all bids submitted and to waive any informality in bids received. Any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the date of opening, or one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days if delayed by a required governmental approval, sale of bonds, or grant award.
