Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Londonderry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

South Londonderry Township will receive bids for the 2026 Roadway Project. Bids may be submitted and updated online until the specified deadline. The Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 13,490 SY milling and 1,905 TON bituminous wearing course. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Questions received after the specified deadline regarding the project will not be acknowledged. This Contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions, the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions, the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002, the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition, requirement of a non collusion affidavit, the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions, and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. South Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 01/30/2026 at 12:00 PM ET online submission.
