Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Londonderry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of March 28, 2022, the project is pending award. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 2,580 TON bituminous material, and other work described in the contract. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Only those questions submitted electronically shall be considered. Questions received after 12:00 PM, Friday, January 28, 2022 regarding the project will not be acknowledged. This Contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition; requirement of a noncollusion affidavit; the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. South Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Base Bid: East Patrick Road: Lawn Road (SR 3015) to South Forge Road (SR0117) $300,000 - $400,000
