As of MArch 28, 2022, the project is pending award. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The Hallam Borough Council has authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on its behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Hallam Borough. Clarification Deadline - 2/4/2022 5:00 PM A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Hallam Borough in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid must be deposited by each bidder with his bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is seventy-five (75) calendar days. Hallam Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
