The OWNER fully intends to construct the work for which bids are solicited. However, the OWNER specifically reserves the right, which all Bidders acknowledge by submission of a bid, to reduce quantities and/or eliminate portions of the project to meet available finances. Reduction of quantities or elimination of portions of the project will not constitute grounds of additional or compensatory charges to the low bidder. Treatment Plant Solar Project For the design and installation of rooftop and ground solar system . NOTE: The members of Eastern York County Sewer Authority have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Eastern York County Sewer Authority A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Eastern York County Sewer Authority in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
