As of March 28, 2022, the project is pending award. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Replacement of the concrete slab bridge on Cherry Avenue over Kreutz Creek with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert along with the associated roadway and site work Clarification Deadline: 2/3/2022 5:00 PM The Council of Hallam Borough have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc. to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Hallam Borough. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Hallam Borough in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution, and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Hallam Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
