Sewickley Water Authority is requesting bids for the construction of Well #3 Installation Contracts 2026-01 and 2026-02. The work generally includes installation of well #3 pump, replacement of motors on existing well pumps #1 and #2, installation of 8" and 12" DIP raw water piping, and all associated valves, fittings, and appurtenances. The expected duration of the project is 250 days. Bids must be submitted electronically via the designated program. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held, and bids will not be accepted from those who do not attend. Bidders must refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents for requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. Contractors must comply with prevailing minimum wage rates, nondiscrimination requirements, the Public Works Employment Verification Act, and ensure that all steel products used are made in the United States. The Owner reserves the right to refuse, reject, or waive any bids or informalities.
