Initiating Organization: Engineering District 12-0 Agreement Type: Open End 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Selection Process: Modified The Department of Transportation will select three (3) engineering firms (one for each agreement) from a single advertisement. The projects are administered by Engineering District 12-0 and are located in Engineering District 12-0. Each Agreement will be for a period of 5 years. The maximum estimated amount of each Agreement is $3,000,000. E06669 Bridge improvements to three (3) structurally deficient bridges: SR 4035 over UNT of South Fork Cross (BMS 62 4035 0160 0744), US 40 over Br. Buffalo Creek (BMS 62 0040 0190 0907) and SR 3044 over Ltl. Sewickly Creek (BMS 64 3014 0020 0000). Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Right of Way Acquisition, Utility Location & Coordination and Services During Construction will be required.
