Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Replacement of 135' of 4" cast iron pipe with 60' of 12" and 725' of 8" C900, DR14, PVC pipe and appurtenances along Locust Street, as well as installation of 25' of 4" ductile iron and 75' of PE4710 SDR9 service connections on Locust Street for the Hays Manor Development; AND replacement of 1070' of 12" and 670' of 8" cast iron pipe with 1450' of 12" C900, DR14, PVC pipe and appurtenances along McKee Street, Bell Avenue & Linden Street, as well as installation of 55' of 6" ductile iron and 30' of 2" PE4710 SDR9 service connections on Bell Avenue, McKees Rocks Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or certified check in favor of the West View Water Authority, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the conditions of the contract in case of award. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after same has been submitted to the West View Water Authority. All bidders are to be prequalified prior to bidding. For information relating to pre-qualifications, please contact the Authority at 412-931-3292. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all bids
