Scour Protection and Repairs for Bridge No.Eb-402 at Milepost 259.42 in Lebanon County This project provides for the installation of scour countermeasures and Class AA concrete repairs for Bridge EB-402 (MP 259.42) on the PA Turnpike Mainline in Lebanon County. Other work to be performed includes Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic. Major work items may include the following items: 1,000 CY Class 1 Excavation 960 CY Selected Borrow Excavation Rock, Class R-7, Choked with R-4 1,251 SY Geotextile, Class 4, Type A 225 SF Class AA Cement Concrete Repairs 214 LF Sandbag-Concrete Median Barrier Cofferdam 116 LF Sheet Pile Cofferdam 1,000 SY Permanent Rolled Erosion Control Product, Type 5.A A Prequalification Certification and Applicable Capacity Rating assigned by the Prequalification Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is a necessary prerequisite for bidding on this project.
