Window Seal Repair for 701 Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA Inquiries regarding this Advertisement for Bids shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within electronically CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/11/2023 4:00 PM Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer's check, bank cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than 10% of the Base Bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds from an acceptable surety company in the amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated contract amounts. An acceptable surety company is any one included in the latest issue of the U.S. Treasury Department Circular 570 listing. The project will require all Contractors to abide by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination. The Monroe County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding, and to accept bids and award contracts in the best interests of the Monroe County Commissioners.
