The Project consists of cleaning of approximately 4.2 miles of existing sanitary sewer line, video inspection of existing sanitary sewer lines, inspection of approximately 121 existing sewer manholes, and production of inspection reports for the sewer line and manholes. BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/18/2023 5:00 PM The Project consists of cleaning of approximately 4.2 miles of existing sanitary sewer line, video inspection of existing sanitary sewer lines, inspection of approximately 121 existing sewer manholes, and production of inspection reports for the sewer line and manholes. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: None, due to maintenance nature of the work. Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
