The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota (the "University") is requesting Proposals to provide professional consulting services for improvements to the upper deck of the Washington Avenue Bridge, located between the east and west banks of the Twin Cities campus (the "Project"). The University requires the Predesign Phase to be complete by no later than January 31, 2024. Deadline for RFP Questions August 15, 2023 at Noon. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
