Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of November 1, 2024, this project is in the design phase. The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from architectural and engineering firms with expertise in the design and construction of transportation facilities for the following project: Expansion of GoRaleigh Poole Road facility, including a new two story Administration building, expansion of the Maintenance Building to accommodate four articulated Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) bus bays, and expansion of the fueling lanes to provide a third CNG dispenser.
