This service will include all related functions such as replacement of vinyl cover base and moisture control. Contract Period of Coverage: 30 days after receipt of award. Vendor shall be responsible for supervising all operations under their responsibility. This would include the maintenance and safety of all vendor owned equipment, supplies and personnel.
