Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to replace/upgrade meter box at one electrical pole, run electrical wire to four trailer pad electrical platforms and install new RV power outlets at four trailer pad electrical platforms. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified. C.1 SCOPE OF CONTRACT The purpose of this project is to replace/upgrade meter box at one electrical pole, run electrical wire to four trailer pad electrical platforms and install new RV power outlets at four trailer pad electrical platforms. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified. C.2 PROJECT LOCATION The El Jebel bunkhouse is located at 448 Valley Road, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (Eagle County). The trailer pads will be constructed in the Southwest corner of the property. C.3 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Between $25,000 and $100,000 Due to no Pre-Proposal site visit/meeting, questions will be accepted until Noon, August 14, 2023 by email to: Sandra.sheppard@usda.gov *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
