Renovation of a military facility in Del Rio, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Flooring replacement services and disposal of existing flooring for Laughlin AFB/Southwinds Marina office located at Lake Amistad. The Government has a requirement to remove and dispose (off property) baseboard molding and carpet tile flooring and replace it with new Revolution Mills La Costa Intrigue vinyl tile and Dark gray 4" vinyl base board molding. The marina store is located at Southwind's Marina, 1522 Marina Access Rd, Del Rio Texas. The approximate flooring coverage is 984 square feet with 200 linear feet of vinyl baseboard molding. 2. Remove / Dispose of material off property: 200 linear feet of vinyl base board molding and dispose of 984 square feet of carpet tile and dispose of 3. Desired outcomes: 3.1. Purchase and install 984 square feet of La Costa, Intrigue vinyl waterproof flooring. Color Name: Driftwood, Width 7", Length 48", Overall Thickness 4.5 Millimeters 3.2. Purchase and install 200 linear feet of dark gray 4" vinyl baseboard molding around the interior walls. 4. Hours of Operation: The Contractor shall coordinate closely with the Southwind's Marina Manager to minimize operational mission impact and to determine how the work will be accomplished. The Contractor must, always maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this SOW. 5. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Southwind's Marina, building 4004, 1522 Marina access rd., Del Rio, Texas. 6. Security Requirements: Contractor personnel performing work under this contract are not required to have a security clearance. 7. Government Furnished Items and Services. None 7.1. Standard utilities are available on-site. 8. Contractor-Furnished Items and Responsibilities: 8.1. General: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supplies, equipment, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision required to meet the requirements of this SOW not previously identified as being provided by the government. 9. Materials/Equipment: 9.1. The Contractor shall furnish materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements under this SOW. 9.2. The Contractor shall also provide a standard manufacturer's warranty for work performed. 9.3. Site Maintenance: Work areas shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, and all trash, debris, and garbage, which the contractor generates shall be removed from the facilities upon completion and final delivery. 9.4. Completion of Work: The contractor shall ensure that work for this project is performed in accordance with the statement of work and criteria herein, and that all items/products in the above description shall be validated as fully operational and acceptable by the Government Representative at the completion of work for this project. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
