Pioneer Center for Human Services is seeking bids for three projects including: Interior remodel of two bathrooms, and kitchen and dining room flooring replacement in a group home facility located near Woodstock Construction/addition of another bathroom in a group home facility located in Crystal Lake Replacement/repair of the front sidewalk, replacement/installation of window wells and window well drains, and replacement of doors, in a group home facility in Woodstock The projects are funded with federal funding under the McHenry County Community Development Block Grant Program. Proof of Workman's Compensation and liability insurance must be submitted with sealed bid. Contractors and subcontractors are responsible for all permits and inspections. Contractors and subcontractors must be fully insured and cannot be debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from receiving federal funding or working on state or federally funded projects. Prevailing wage requirements apply as bids must be submitted using applicable Davis-Bacon and Illinois Prevailing Wage rates (whichever is higher). Contractors and subcontractors are required to complete certified payroll sheets (Form WH-347). Women Business Enterprise and Minority Business Enterprise (WBE/MBE) and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply.
