Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment and materials (except as indicated otherwise in the specifications) and perform all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for individual Task Orders (TOs). The work is required in support of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and the Seattle District Corps of Engineers (SD/COE). The contract for the required work will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MATOC contract. The IDIQ covers a broad range of repair, maintenance, minor construction work, designbuild work, and incidental design on real property assets at the locations listed in Paragraph 1.3.1.1 below. The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the Base Contract specifications, this Statement of Work, and identified drawings to Replace Doors, Windows & Flooring in Bldg 301; Repair/Replace Exterior Doors in Bldg 323; Replace 6 Repair Bay Roll-Up Doors in Bldg 319; Replace Garage Door and Key Pad Bldg 161 at Yakima Training Center.
