Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Upgrade Vagabond Army Heliport Parking (VAHP) Pads 2 through 12 by extending the Portland cement concrete (PCC) pads 20 feet to the south by providing additional PCC pavement measuring 20 feet x 26 feet at each pad and restoring all asphalt and gravel areas. Two additional mooring points shall be provided for each pad extension per UFC 2-360-1, for a total of 6 tiedown points at each parking pad for Helicopter tiedowns. Paint as necessary, the labeling for the tiedowns per the UFC.
