The City of Port Moody is seeking one or Services on an on-call/as required basis. Consultant shall plan and conduct land surveys, e.g. top of bank surveys for watercourses wetlands; cadastral, topographical, construction layout, as- builts, to identify property contours and other natural and beasements, determine rights of way, establish features. The Consultant shall also charts, records and project. Surveys surveyor data into cross-sectional drawings, official plans, with the documentation needs identified for each in PDF format, with the final PDF copies dated and signed by a Association of British Columbia Land Surveyors. The Consultant shall be responsible for: survey plans, methods, and procedures for conducting surveys; management plan, if applicable Planning and conducting surveys The Consultant shall be responsible for provision of all labour, equipment, tools, transport facilities, traffic control personnel and all things necessary to perform the land survey services. Question Deadline: Tue Aug 22, 2023 12:00 PM (PDT) The anticipated contract term is one (1) year, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
