The City of Kimberley requests proposals from suitably qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Dam Safety Review (DSR), and review the Operation Maintenance, Surveillance Manual (OMS) & Dam Emergency Plan (DEP) for the Mark Creek Upper Dam D310002-00. An extreme consequence concrete dam located approximately 10 km northwest of the City of Kimberley. Any and all enquires and questions are to be submitted prior to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 21, 2023. The City reserves the right to not respond to any enquiries that are submitted after this time and date. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Bid date event: Proposals will NOT be opened in Public Contract Notice of Award: September 5, 2023 The City reserves the right to accept any Proposal to this RFP which it deems to be in its own interest and/or to reject all Proposals. City reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal in its sole and unfettered discretion without further explanation.
