The BMX Park Electrical consists of - Installation of wire, RV pedestals, lighting and associated appurtenances An electronic set of the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents will be emailed to interested Contractors by contacting the Syracuse City public Works Department at 801-825-7235 for no charge. No paper copies will be available for purchase. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
