Seminole County BOCC is seeking a qualified, State Licensed Electrical Contractor to provide a turnkey service for the purpose of replacing multiple generators, disconnect switches, and automatic transfer switches at six (6) separate locations throughout Seminole County, FL. Awarded Contractor will be responsible for all responsibilities listed within the Scope of Services and Solicitation Package; to include but not limited to the obtaining of any signed and sealed drawings required to secure a building permit, electrical permit, fire permit and any other related regulatory requirements. Project Completion Timeline: Each generator's start-up to be completed by the specified date within the Scope of Services. (90) Calendar Days to Substantial Completion from the issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP), (30) calendar days to Final Completion. Total Project Time: (120) Calendar Days Question Deadline 08/14/2023 at 5:00 PM ET. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the attention of the Procurement Analyst identified in the Invitation for Bid advertisement as the contact person for this project.
