Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by Senate Engineering Company and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Blawnox Borough All envelopes containing Bid Blawnox Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever. This project was financed [in part] by a Local Share Account Grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA Contract #C000085572) and compliance is required with, but not limited to Non-Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Provisions and Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 and Prevailing Wage Act. The Bid shall include all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete each phase of work with associated items of construction as more fully defined in subsequent sections of the Contract Documents in accordance with these specifications and all other local, County, State and Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within....45....consecutive calendar days.
