he City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Periscope. The City of Delray Beach, Florida ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Professional Engineering Services relating to Construction of Thomas Street Stormwater Pump Station Improvements, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Qualifications. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Proposer must be licensed by the Florida Department of Business & Professions Regulation as an engineering firm. Provide a screenshot or copy of Proposer's license from the Florida Department of Business & Professions Regulation that confirms Proposer has a current license in the category type of engineering.
