The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit quotes from qualified contractors to Install Flat Deck Cap Sheet Roof w/ Slope Roof Transition, Install New Roof, Install Hurricane Clips, Install Exterior Door, Paint House Complete, Install Aluminum Ramp, Install Handicapped Railing, Install Interior Door, Repair Drywall, Install Vanity w/Sink, Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors W/ Arc Fault , Install 200 amp Service, Install Tankless Water Heater, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Quick Quote. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, or other acceptable alternative, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (Refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements).
