**As of September 12, 2023, the award amount is $12,949,985.20 . This project consists of the replacement and rehabilitation of water and wastewater lines, pavement, curb, sidewalks, and lift station improvements. The limits of the project are S Bonita Ave. from Adams St. to Bunkers Cove Rd., Bayou Ct. from S Palo Alto Ave. to S Bonita Ave., Bunkers Cove Rd., Adams St., S. MacArthur Ave., and S Palo Alto Ave. from Adams St. to S Bonita Ave., Rowe Dr., Sudduth Dr., and Alleys 1, 2, 3, and 4. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement. The Project shall be substantially complete within 540 days and fully complete within 570 days. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
