For Roadway Rehabilitation HM (County Line Road Reconstruction) The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the reconstruction of County Line Road. The project includes reconstruction of County Line Road from US 231 extending west approximately 1.96 miles to the end of pavement. The project will consist of earthwork operations, installation of underdrains at selected locations, paving, and stabilization of all disturbed areas. The project may be reimbursed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of Disaster Recovery from Hurricane Michael FEMA Project No. DR-4399. It is imperative that Respondents examine and become familiar with the Public Assistance Program established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) and FEMA. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements shown at Exhibit 7. Additionally, the Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified in 3) Drainage and 4) Grading.
