**As of 09/29/2020, this project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The proposed project will consist of the relocation of Lift Station #34 to the southwest intersection of SR 390 and Stanford Road. The existing lift station, controls, valve vault and old force mains located on the Airport Site will be abandoned pending FDEP certification. Please refer to the bidding and contract documents for additional information regarding the submittal and project construction requirements. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid amount shall accompany each bid. The City of Panama City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City also reserves the right to reject contractors who in the City's opinion are not qualified to perform the work based on the pre-qualification package. All bids shall be firm for a period of 90 days after opening. This includes material prices. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes on public entity crimes. Substantial completion within 300 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Final completion will be 30 days after.
