Provide bypass pumping and other temporary services. Replace four (4) influent pumps in the Union Hill Pump Station and four (4) influent pumps in the Tallman Pump Station. Replace pump suction and discharge piping, valves and appurtenances. Replace surge relief valves and associated piping. Replace screen channel slide gates and wet well slide gates. Replace instrumentation and control systems. Replace motor control centers and other electrical work. Replace the heating, ventilation system and provide air conditioning system. Architectural and structural modifications. Provide plumbing work for the Union Hill Pump Station. Remove and replace air relief and cleanout valves in the air relief and clean out manholes/chambers. Add new air relief valves and cleanout valves. Cleanup and demobilization. The work is located in the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, NY.
