Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pomona, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
3.1. Fabricate approximately 84 linear feet of anodized aluminum two (2) line handrail. 3.2. Handrails shall be installed on both sides of stairs. 3.3. Handrails shall be embedded in the concrete stairs. 3.4. Handrails shall be fabricated with beginning and ending points to meet ADA requirements. Reference Number 0000328347 The County of Rockland Department of Facilities Management is seeking a Contractor to supply all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to fabricate and install new handrails outside Building C at the Yeager Center in Pomona, New York 10970.
